Xbox Game Pass Ultimate revealed

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is coming later this year

It had been a while in the pipeline and rumors had been rifling over the past few weeks that something was going to be revealed which combined both Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass together in a subscription base that would offer both services at a combined fee. Well, last night, on Inside Xbox, we got that confirmation.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (Which was the title that had been rumoured) was confirmed and would be coming later in the year for a price of $14.99. There is currently no UK pricing now.

If you`re an Xbox Insider Program and in the Alpha Skip-ahead group, then you have the option to join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and upgrade your membership to combine both as it is trialled ahead of its full launch later in the year. Currently, one month is a £1, and is stated to continue to be a £1 per month while it is on the trial (Which for both Xbox Gold and Game Pass is bloody good).

I`m sure we`ll get more information at E3, which a possible launch date, but it`s good to see a top request by Xbox Gamers answered.
